About Alvin Hebert

I have more than 10 years’ experience delivering business transformations as an IT Program Manager from a leadership perspective. I have delivered 5 full life cycle ERP deployments as an Engagement and IT Program Manager. I have worked with and managed the following Systems Integrators (SI’s), Capgemini, IBM, Deloitte, and Accenture, while using both Waterfall and Agile methodologies. I am also a Certified Scrum Master. I have seen Business Transformation from multiple vantage points. I have been on the business side, the IT project team, as a consultant for Capgemini, and finally as an independent contractor. I believe those experiences would position me to add immediate value. I am a believer that technology deployments are more about Business Process Transformation and Change Management than the technology behind the application. Properly identifying the correct business processes will lay the foundation for a successful business transformation. A strong Change Management model is equally important as large business transformations coupled with a new technology stack will impact every part of the business and communicating the; who, what, where, when, why to the impacted parties is critical. The project and the business should be in sync from the onset.
