After years of driving business growth in the education and digital learning sectors, I decided to leave the corporate hustle to pursue a passion for sustainability by building Carbon and Whale. Our startup focuses on reducing carbon emissions through innovative circular economy models, merging my business acumen with a commitment to environmental impact.Served as the Area Business Head at Think and Learn Pvt Ltd/BYJUS, I lead a team of over 60 members, contributing to yearly revenues exceeding INR 40 Crores. My achievements include spearheading the launch of the first BYJUS Tuition Centre in Ernakulam, with 300+ enrolments within the first 10 months and achieving the highest renewal conversion rate of 59% in the South Region for 2022-23.Prior to this, as the Director of Business Development at Hippocampus Learning Centres, I introduced the successful digital learning platform, Hippocampus Ninja, achieving #1 ranking for the year 2021 based on customer satisfaction and 1010 enrolments, generating INR 1 Crore in revenue within 6 months. I also revamped the sales department structure, increasing quarterly sales from 10% to an impressive 90%.My experience extends to Extramarks Education Pvt Ltd, where I served as the Centre Head, responsible for managing revenue exceeding INR 20 Crores annually. I successfully elevated the revenue generation from 10% to 85% within 5 months while overseeing various departments and coordinating marketing activities.I have received numerous accolades throughout my career, including being ranked #1 for Best Renewal Conversion Centre at BYJUS and achieving the #1 ranking for Best Digital Platform at Hippocampus Ninja. I was also selected as a Star Leader at Extramarks Education and maintained the position of the top revenue generator in India at Byju’s.My commitment to professional growth is reflected in my certifications in Leadership Skills from IIM A, Marketing Management from IIM Bx, and Facebook Ads and Facebook Marketing Mastery from Course Envy.
