I have been in the healthcare field since 1989 and in the hospital setting from 1991 to 2011. I have moved up from a Medical Laboratory Technologist to Supervisor, Manager, Director, Project Manager and consulting for Laboratory Software Implementation. I have been part of an implementation team for multi-hospital groups in several regions. I like to be challenged in making processes work efficiently and with confidence. I am a fast learner, a builder, proactive in validating software, trainer, tester and troubleshooter within the laboratory setting. I work better in an environment were searching for improvement and with opportunity for professional and personal growth within the hospital or healthcare industry setting. I have been involved in Data Innovations interfacing for 4 major markets with greater than 150 interfaces each market built from the ground up which included Beckman, Roche, Siemens, Bayer and pre-analytics. This includes Driver configuration, mapping, Data Innovations rule definition and troubleshooting interface issues. I also have worked with Dawning middleware and other manufacturer specific middleware.I am also comfortable with nursing ordering system, validation, and documentation and troubleshooting.
