   Jun 2020 — Present

   Lead Microsoft Copilot and Search development to power various intelligent scenarios across M365 surfaces. For example- Introduced Task Intelligence to Microsoft Copilot by levering LLM to process and reason over user email/messages- Drove eyes-off search data platform development and enabled intelligence scenarios, such as cohort intelligence, without sacrificing privacy- Drove Copilot and Search Content protection development to improve privacy guardrails when interacting with Copilot and next gen AI systems. In this process, I- Create prototypes/proof of concept to vet feature viability and feasibility- Drove compliance/privacy/security reviews for multiple features- Lead feature crews of 4-6- Lead virtual teams and worked with partner teams across organizations to deliver coherent products- Managed team wide (11 people) scrums and sprint planning cycles.
