I’m a quality professional with experience across Quality Assurance, Quality Control, Compliance, and Quality Operations in both eCommerce and real estate environments.Currently, I work as a QA Lead and QA Specialist supporting a large-scale digital Commerce platform. My focus is on product quality, process consistency, and reducing risk. I spend much of my time coordinating and validating work across cross-functional teams, serving as a quality gate to ensure release readiness and alignment with delivery timelines. I also support and guide QA team members by setting clear expectations, prioritizing work, and unblocking issues so the team can deliver confidently and consistently.Earlier in my career, I supported quality operations and compliance for high-volume, high-risk real estate transactions. That experience strengthened my problem-solving skills, judgment, and ability to move quickly without sacrificing accuracy, especially in regulated environments.A core principle I bring to my work is proactive planning. I believe it’s better to be prepared for issues that may never arise than to scramble when they do. This mindset helps surface risks early, supports contingency planning, and gives teams confidence that quality will hold up under pressure.I enjoy working on complex problems that don’t always have straightforward solutions. I tend to thrive in these situations by combining creative problem-solving with strong root cause analysis, using patterns from past issues to anticipate and prevent future ones.
