Operation Manager @ H-FARM Acceleration programs (formally H-Camp ).As OM I’m directly responsible of the H-FARM Accelerator team and their direct reports, motivating them to do their best.Leader on numerous improvement projects that aim to streamline activities while driving up performance and quality.I\'m in charge to ensure the excellence of the services that we deliver to the startups that attend both H-FARM & Corporate\'s acceleration programs (as the Wellness Accelerator - Powered by Technogym). A hot topic was the creation of a strong team of (60+) international mentors and technical partners that provide support to start-ups during their acceleration.The main technical partners I\'ve involved in the acceleration programs are- Google- IBM- Sendgrid- Paypal
