MSc Industrial Engineer and Lean Six Sigma Black Belt with 9+ years of experience implementing and sustaining CI programmes across robotics, aerospace, biotech and FMCG.I specialise in deploying Lean tools - Standard Work, Daily Management, 5S, VSM, Kanban and Kaizen - to deliver measurable gains in productivity, quality and cost.
