As a WITS Chef, I lead WITS Labs—seasonal culinary and nutrition education classes for students in WITS partner schools. In these hands-on sessions, I guide students through preparing simple, affordable, and healthy recipes using fresh, seasonal ingredients.My goal is to inspire young learners to understand the importance of healthy eating and to empower them to bring that knowledge home to their families. Programs like these have been shown to positively influence children’s food preferences and behaviors.
