A first career in higher education sharpened how I think — how to gather information precisely, structure complexity, and communicate clearly to audiences with very different levels of technical and business sophistication. That foundation travels well in enterprise technology.Over the years I\'ve worked across managed services, cloud infrastructure, data center, and channel ecosystems — at companies including TierPoint, Thrive, and Expedient — before focusing specifically on data protection and cyber resilience.
