   Lead a team of seven Regional Human Resources Managers, providing HR business partner support to the Zone VP, Retail Directors and District Managers in over 1500 stores in the Northeastern US, generating sales in excess of $2.7 billion. Developed and implemented a custom People Plan, which significantly impacted all HR Metrics (Store Manager vacancy %, internal fill %, time to fill and District, Store and Assistant Manager retention). Enhanced the People Metrics reporting suite to provide full transparency on progress against the different interventions of the People Plan for all the retail leaders in the Zone. Lead or contributed to various enterprise-wide initiatives, including but not limited to, the authoring of an Engagement and Retention Playbook, the design of a process for the control and management of the Assistant Store Manager allocation model in the stores and the development of management and reporting processes for COVID cases.
