About Alvaro Canseco-Martinez
Hi, there! My name is Alvaro Canseco-Martinez and I\'m studying Computer Science at the University of Central Florida. I am apart of the Outreach Team at Knight Hacks, where I welcome new members through tabling, take photographs at events, and engage with the community to further boost involvement with the organization. At UCF, I’ve developed a strong foundation in data structures, algorithms, object-oriented programming, machine learning, and much more! I participated in KnightHacks and won 3rd place in NextEra Energy\'s Drone Optimization challenge for my project called DronePath. Aside from KnightHacks, I am apart SHPE (Society of Hispanic Professional Engineers) and participate in professional development events. As a Software Engineer, I’m passionate about building software that I am passionate about and am constantly exploring new technologies along the way. I’m currently expanding my experience with JavaScript, React, Node.js, and AWS through side projects, team-based work, and hackathons.
