Over 36 years of combined process engineering and operation supervision/management experience in oil refinery processes including 18 years experience in Oil-sand Upgraders. • Solid knowledge and experience about oil refinery processes operation and troubleshooting such as Hydrogen production from natural gas reforming, vacuum and cracked oil hydroprocessing, amine gas treatment, sulfur plants, fluid cat. Cracking and HF alkilation units. • Ability to develop preliminary design for new installations in order to solve process related problems and to optimize the operation of existing facilities. • Experience in developing process design from concept stage through installation and startup which includes development of flow sheets and basic design specification of pieces of equipment. • Ability and experience to mentor and supervise operators and less experienced process engineers.
