About Ana Alvarez
Health services organizations partner with me to expand access to care through the design of practical, sustainable programs.As a health services consultant, I collaborate with community clinics, federally qualified health centers, and non-profit organizations to expand access to care. I\'m driven by a belief that healthcare is a right, not a privilege. My background in facility operations gives me an intimate understanding of the real-world constraints in care delivery. I am able to factor in those complexities to any program design, to ensure that new programs are feasible. Much of my work consists of projects that organizations have long wanted to address but haven\'t had the staff or time to complete.
