My experience spans higher education operations, alumni engagement, youth development, and public service, with a consistent focus on organization, relationships, and follow through.At Brigham Young University, I supported senior leadership within the Alumni Association, managing day to day operations, coordinating meetings, handling financial processes, and helping plan large scale events that brought together alumni, students, and university leadership. I also built and managed digital platforms that strengthened communication and preserved institutional history.Alongside this work, I served as a teaching assistant in the Psychology Department, supporting students through instruction, review sessions, and academic guidance. This role strengthened my ability to communicate clearly, manage competing priorities, and support others in high expectation environments.My background also includes hands on experience in youth development, mental health support, and evidence based program analysis at both the state and community level. From working directly with individuals with disabilities to analyzing prevention data for public agencies, I have developed a strong appreciation for empathy, accountability, and systems that truly serve people.I am especially interested in roles that sit at the intersection of people operations, engagement, and program support.    As an Admissions Coordinator at Provo College (part of the Unitek Learning family of schools), I ensure student success on campus, guiding new students through every step of the enrollment journey from their very first impression to their first day of class.What I do:• Process and manage new student enrollments and status changes in the Student Information and Client Management Systems• Track, verify, and maintain all required enrollment documents including proof of graduation, and valid IDs• Proactively guide prospective and incoming students through document submission requirements, making the process clear and stress free• Serve as the campus go-to expert for enrollment systems support including Complio and the Enrollment Portal• Ensure all student files meet rigorous admissions and compliance standards, including full FERPA adherence• Administer entrance assessments and deliver accurate, timely reporting on outcomes and requirement status• Support and help coordinate campus tours, orientations, graduations, and student engagement events• Provide front desk coverage, creating a warm, professional, and welcoming experience for every student and visitor who walks through the doorI collaborate closely with Financial Aid, the Registrar, and Academic departments to eliminate friction and ensure every new student has a seamless, supported onboarding experience.
