I’m a CTO who spends most of my time helping U.S. companies build great software without the usual offshore headaches.A lot of teams come to us after struggling with common issues—poor communication, unreliable delivery, hidden costs, or feeling like they’re constantly managing instead of building. At CRDLE, my role is to make offshore development feel simple, dependable, and actually effective.We connect U.S. businesses with carefully vetted, affordable developers outside the traditional outsourcing hubs like India-engineers who communicate well, take ownership, and work as true extensions of in-house teams. Behind the scenes, I also build the internal software and systems that keep quality high, timelines clear, and teams accountable.Before CRDLE, I worked on software and AI projects with the U.S. government, the Ethiopian government, and large organizations like the World Bank, GIZ, and the African Union. That experience shaped how I think about scale, reliability, and building systems that actually work in the real world.I’m passionate about using technology to solve real business problems—not just shipping code, but helping teams move faster, reduce risk, and build with confidence.Always happy to connect with founders and leaders looking for a smarter, more reliable way to scale their engineering teams.
