Co-founded Gorrill Palmer in 1998 and, brings over thirty years of site and infrastructure design experience to the firm. He has extensive experience in both the public and private sector and has worked on projects in New England and the Mid-Atlantic Area. His expertise includes civil/site design and management of a variety of projects including schools, industrial plants, residential developments and commercial centers as well as roadway design. Representative projects include the Maine Mall in South Portland, Shops at Biddeford Crossing (Target and Lowes), Augusta Crossing (Target and Lowes), and Thomaston Crossing (Walmart and Tractor Supply) in Maine as well as Epping Crossing (Walmart and Lowes) and Lafayette Crossing (Home Depot and Shaws) in New Hampshire.In December of 2012, Gorrill Palmer opened an office in Virginia to enhance the firm\'s geographic diversification. As many of our Clients either own or are evaluating properties in the Mid-Atlantic Area, we wanted to offer them the same personalized service that we are known for in the Northeast. We are currently serving as the Site Engineers for the Lynnhaven Mall Refresh in Virginia Beach. With in excess of 1.1 million square feet of space and over parking spaces, the Mall is centrally located in Virginia’s most populous city, Virginia Beach. The Norfolk/ Virginia Beach market is the largest market between Washington, DC, and Charlotte, NC. In 2013 GGP began a comprehensive renovation of the mall to enhance the interior design and provide two revitalized entrances to the Mall strengthening the link with AMC Theatres, a major anchor tenant, and providing new leasing opportunities.
