Strategic Program Creation: Create and implement program policy, curriculum and procedures for recruiting, training and pairing mentor and mentees; develop curriculum and training to empower and equip youth with professional, character, personal and etiquette development.• Program Ambassador: Conduct reoccurring workshops in Tennessee schools that provide career and professional development assistance in low-to-moderate income neighborhoods, engaging more than 300 students monthly and challenging them to pursue continued education.• Data Management: Track and manage data for program participants, capturing information from initial intake assessment and program experience to growth and graduation from program; compile reports for quarterly evaluation analysis and provide recommendations to improve the programs.• Program Management: Provide communications for, and supervision of program volunteer activities and monitor mentoring matches, providing resource support, conflict mediation/resolution (as needed) and professional guidance for all program participants to ensure overall program success.
