WebBank is an FDIC insured, state-chartered industrial bank headquartered in Salt Lake City, Utah. It was organized under the laws of the State of Utah in 1997 and operates under federal banking law. Through its industrial bank charter, WebBank offers a wide variety of products either directly to consumer customers via savings accounts and time deposits, or through Strategic Partnerships, providing niche financing solutions to businesses and consumers. The Strategic Partner credit policies and internal credit policies are managed by the Credit Risk Team including the Credit Risk Managers. My current role manages the credit risk oversight of the Strategic Partners, including the review and effective challenge of new credit strategies and their expected impact to portfolio volume and performance. The credit risk oversight includes sign off authority for credit policy exceptions and overrides. Key contributor in developing credit strategy, policies and procedures, and new lending products for startup SP Programs during Due Diligence and Implementation. Helped develop innovative credit products and associated credit strategies with multiple fintech partners now available in market. Voting member of the Bank\'s Deputy Loan Committee I\'m also a proud member of the Diversity and Inclusion Council at WebBank.
