I work as a candidate manager. My role is to understand the candidates (reason for the change, what are the challenges they face in their current role, their expectations from their next job, their unmet needs and frustration) and put their interests first. Sending the right candidates to the right job, providing them with multiple job opportunities, and preparing them for interviews by doing tech evaluation. Once the candidate is placed, I meet with them once every month to ensure that the promises made to my technical employees are kept and met.
