As a Senior Analyst, I perform Know Your Customer (\"\"KYC\"\") reviews as needed and follow-up with customers to resolve issues or obtain additional documentation. I assist the department manager in various tasks related to, but not limited to, working with, and rolling out to the group the implementation of new controls, systems, and efficiencies where needed. During my time at Tipalti and previous companies I have held various positions like Customer Onboarding Manager and Customer Onboarding Specialist, Employee Retention Specialist.
