As an integration consultant, I am acting as project/relationship manager and consultant throughout the project- primary point of contact for client engagements while managing a project plan, executing and overseeing all onboarding activities from pre-sales through to go live to ensure targeted completion dates are achieved- partner with clients to define and document project deliverables through requirements interviews, manage client projects while partnering with internal resources to ensure all deliverables are met with timely and successful results and lead regular project status meetings to drive project success- Foster and maintain stakeholder management internal & external: Sales; RM; Client Services Group; Compliance; Legal; Product Management- Monitor client progress during initial production rollout and handover to production support teams and make recommendations to Product Management for enhancements to products identified during client projects- Report project status updates to senior management.
