Ultra Clean Technology (UCT) is a global, vertically integrated outsource manufacturing provider of broad-based manufacturing capabilities – from precision components to large scale systems for semiconductors, medical equipment, high-precision medical robotics, solar panel hardware, gaming, music recording, etc.I am responsible for developing, aligning and implementing commodity management strategies for OEM products, more specifically:•Use commodity strategies as the basis for cost reduction, margin improvement and overall supply chain management.•Develop and present high level cost reduction opportunities to all UCT sites.•Negotiate and manage the maintenance of agreements and relationships with global suppliers (Singapore, China, Japan) that provide the structure for all business relationships between UCT. and the supply base.•Drive resolution to systemic supply chain issues affecting quality, cost, delivery or lead-time.
