As the VP of Operations and Engineering, I lead the product engineering team and all of the operational teams across the supply chain including planning, procurement, production, quality, and shipping. As the Director of Manufacturing Strategy-Power Tools, I led a team of Program Mangers to plan future SCOP across a global network analyzing capacity, footprint, and capabilities over a 5-year planning horizon balancing risks to serve with production and product costs. As the VP of Advanced Manufacturing Solutions, I led a team of talented engineers and program managers to drive transformational change through capital projects and operational improvements across a global supply chain. As the VP of the Engineering, I led a team of talented engineers in the US and Asia to innovate game-changing products for consumers that help companies maintain their competitive edge. As a leader, I\'m quick to inspire diverse people to embrace new ideas, identify untapped opportunities, and deliver innovative solutions that accelerate business evolution. I am respected for my hands-on leadership style, collaborative nature, willingness to challenge the status quo, and record of inspiring people and teams to achieve their full potential and unprecedented results. Over the course of my career, I have obtained 10 patents, individually and as part of a team. As an operational leader, I focus on maximizing quality while minimizing costs, continually looking for ways to streamline processes. I moved and consolidated one of our facilities in Asia and 3 facilities here in the US, for a combined savings of over $4 million.
