Lead Utility power plant startup and commissioning with adherence to safety operation standards and requirements and maximizing the plant efficiency-Tuning utility boilers controls, and improving process control by updating/upgrading controls based on engineering standards-Lead startup and commissioning activities for HRSGs and BOP in combined cycle power plants and water treatment plants, by providing functional testing procedures and leading control tuning and design-Documentation of activities and changes by creating As-built drawings and ensuring the project\'s final drawings are updated-Lead performance tests and provide solutions to meet the hand-off criteria, with thorough documentation and performance reports prior to and post the installation of the Ovation controls-Deliver technical support and guidance to resolve difficult and complicated process problems including offering a whole logic/control redesign-Lead Burner Management System BMS startup and commissioning with adherence to NFPA requirements and develop loops and wiring checks supported with a solid on-hand instrumentation background-Develop and build functional test procedures for BMS and commissioning procedures to test the MFTs to meet NFPA 85 code-Lead project delivery on site and serve as escalation contact- Lead networking implementation and commissioning, update switches and routers configuration to CISCO switching and routing to meet the requirements or allow the expansion of the network-Lead DCS activities, Ovation startup, configuration, and troubleshooting.
