I\'m a 500-Hour Registered Yoga Teacher (E-RYT 200, RYT-500, & YACEP), and Exercise Physiologist based in Charlotte, NC, dedicated to supporting you in finding a mind-body connection, and improving athleticism through yoga.Yoga has been a constant light in my life since 2009. What began as a new form of exercise turned into an intimate journey towards self-discovery, and a passion for continuing my studies in Kinesiology.Now, it is my mission to take these traditional yogic practices and package them for athletes in a way that will incorporate specific movements, practices, and techniques that will enhance their performance and give them an edge over the competition on or off the field.
