Identify and develop sales opportunities for event and/or entertainment projects for various disciplines• Meet target annual margin, revenue goals and multiple KPI’s• Attend bi-weekly sales opportunity pipeline calls with Sales Analyst, VP Channel Sales and SVP of Sales• Responsible for order creation and entry, including job specifications and discretionary identification of equipment options• Expert knowledge of proprietary asset management system, including expert knowledge of various product ranges across multiple disciplines• Create and update sales opportunities in Salesforce daily• Negotiate prices on equipment rental following company guidelines with attention to acceptable margin, profitability and pricing considerations• Manage and execute permanent and temporary installations in studios and temporary builds for annual productions, including remote productions• Manage lead technicians and crews across multiple disciplines• Work with Technical Product Managers, Asset and Logistics Managers to ensure proper equipment is delivered to show sites• Work on-site at client facility to grow and strengthen business relationship and provide excellent customer service and support• Work on-site at client facility as an Asset Manager and Project Manager• Facilitate demos with various vendors across multiple disciplines for clients• Review quarterly sales forecast with sales team• Manage clients lighting and video assets, including proper storage of all assets• Review RFPs and prepare SOWs prior to projects/shows
