ABOUT ALPHIN VINCENT

I design end-to-end digital experiences that simplify complex products and services, improving how people interact with them.My work spans improving existing digital products and services, as well as launching new features—continuously iterating based on user feedback to create more effective, intuitive digital solutions.Working across the public sector, SaaS, and startups, I create seamless, human-centred digital experiences grounded in a deep understanding of user needs, business goals, and technical constraints. Through close collaboration with users and stakeholders, I translate insights into solutions that address real problems and support users in achieving their goals.A research-driven approach underpins my process from discovery through to delivery, ensuring decisions are informed, purposeful, and aligned to the wider user journey. I prioritise clarity, usability, and impact, and work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver thoughtful, effective outcomes.With a Master’s degree in Digital Design and a Degree related to computer programming, I bring a balance of creative and technical thinking. My work is grounded in research-led design, with a strong emphasis on user research and UX writing as core to the process.I’m particularly motivated by opportunities to create solutions that improve people’s lives and support a more human-centred future, including work aligned with the UN Sustainable Development Goals—especially in areas related to health, wellbeing, and women’s health. I’m driven by the belief that design can play a meaningful role in creating positive, lasting change. I’m also interested in developing digital solutions that support health and wellbeing, with a focus on more personalised and accessible experiences.
