EKA Creative Studio is a social enterprise that works as a community-powered design studio. The following responsibilities are taken as a Project Manager (and also a Coordination Team member) in local and international projects: Preparing proposals that include the scope, time plan, deliverables, and budget. Local and international project development (project writing, budgeting, creating time plans, partner search) for several calls from funders such as the European Union, Embassies, and Municipalities. Analysis of needs, challenges, opportunities, and expectations. Carrying out research processes together with the design team. Conducting communication with project stakeholders (clients, partners, and sponsors). Organizing project management, communication, archiving, and co-working platforms (Slack, Airtable, Miro, Asana, Google Drive). Managing the project budget, team, and schedule. Facilitating events, meetings, and programs within the projects’ scope when required.
