These included “Linked-in Premium”, CareerBuilder, Indeed, Dice and other recruiting web sites, networking, Print media and company’s database.• Help candidates on their resume preparations, guide, and quiz them prior to each step of the interview process and salary negotiations.• Sourcing/Recruiting for Top Echelon staffing agencies for IT/Telecom/AI/ML/DL/Semiconductor sectors.• Research and identify qualified candidates for client’s open IT job positions.• Work with hiring managers to define job requirements, outline job postings, and develop new sourcing strategies.• Post requisitions that accurately reflect the expectations of a hiring manager like certifications, experience and security classifications required for the positions.• Schedule initial interviews and follow up interviews for successful candidates.• Source candidates through database mining, Internet searches, direct sourcing, job fairs, and internal referrals.• Analyze new recruiting technologies, sourcing tools, and interviewing processes to improve success rates.• Work with hiring managers and staff members to coordinate starting dates and orientation.
