The ability to use iThenticate, ScholarOne Manuscripts, and Editorial Manager. I carry out key processes effectively, keep my journals and schedules up to date, and am also aware of how peer review systems information is used for reporting. I have a good understanding of the workflows related to Crossref Similarity Check and can-do effective communication with authors, and editors about each workflow. I can communicate effectively with suppliers (ScholarOne, Editorial Manager, iThenticate, JEO). Able to build a professional working relationship and give constructive feedback. Resolve publishing ethics cases on daily basis and understand papermills. Currently working on a project in which the point of Acceptance Stage journals will be moving to the Submission Stage. In 2023, started working on a project where we implemented the Crossref process on 70 new t and F journals.
