Conducted data science analyses using Lilly internal database and online platforms such as Human Protein Atlas, Bioturing, and CellXGene to conceptualize and perform cell-based functional assays to interrogate the mechanism of action of RIPK1 and TL1A on human immune cells. Driven by scientific curiosity and a proactive approach, successfully secured a $134k Lilly Research Award Program (LRAP) grant to collaborate with external researchers. Develop advanced pre-clinical and IND-enabling studies with multi-parameter flow cytometry panels, animal model design support, and human immune cell-based assays for target validation and biomarker discovery.
