I see finance as the lifeblood connecting all business functions and stakeholders. My current work has me focused on completing the AIG 200, a $1B savings transformation program, supporting IPO execution and operational separation of Life & Retirement within AIG and ensuring our path forward drives returns.With over 25 years of experience I’ve led global teams across organizations with a focus on building strategy and process to rapidly achieve necessary business outcomes. My experience spans Financial Services, Engineering and Construction, AeroSpace Defense, and Manufacturing industries on the leading edge, growing and developing new revenue streams, undergoing large transformations all while managing existing business operations for continuity and growth.Outside of work I’m a passionate advocate for Women in Finance, supporting educational programs in Ivy League Universities, returnships and global mentoring programs to re-skill. In each of my previous experiences I’ve brought a commitment to ensuring diversity programming exists, creating it where necessary, to foster new opportunities for people of diverse backgrounds across the organization.
