About Alp Franko
Alp Franko is an entrepreneur. He started his career as a commodity trader in the ne chemical and petrochemical industries. Alp joined his family conglomerate Berk Group and worked on the expansion into new segments. Manager of Berk Kimya, he now became a non-executive Board Member. His entrepreneurship and international vision enabled Alp Franko to create other businesses. He founded a retail company specialized in international hospitality franchise implementation in Turkey, creating different brands in hospitality. His area of expertise lies in strategy, management and optimization in hospitality industries. Alp commenced his career in the restaurant and F&B industry as an investor and operator which focused on upscale hospitality brands (restaurants, lounges and beach clubs). He started each location with minimal capital injection and eventually sold the overall group to a strategic buyer at a significant profit. He obtained his BA in Business Administration from IC-HEC Business School in Brussels. In addition he graduated from the MAP of INSEAD. Alp speaks English, French and Turkish.

With 50 individual mini-restaurants all operating in the same kitchen to produce a range of menus, cuisines vary from Mexican, Italian and Asian and include items such as burgers, fried chicken, rice bowls, gourmet salads and more. Each of the delivery-only concepts are available to consumers through Uber Eats, Postmates, GrubHub and DoorDash.
