At 20, I made the deliberate decision to leave medical school, after three intensive years, to study Psychology; choosing to deeply understand human behavior. That foundation has informed every role I’ve held since. I am a Product Owner who operates at the intersection of business strategy, technology delivery, and organizational alignment. I specialize in helping leaders translate complex technical initiatives into clear, executive-ready narratives that support decision-making, adoption, and enterprise readiness. In high-visibility, high-impact environments, I serve as the connective tissue between senior leadership, business stakeholders, and technical delivery teams. My work requires not only strong communication and negotiation skills, but sound judgment, political awareness, and the ability to align diverse interests toward shared outcomes. My experience spans aviation, manufacturing, consulting, and technology portfolios, with a strong foundation in CRM strategy, Salesforce and ServiceNow platforms, Agile delivery, and enterprise IT project management.
