I\'m the Product Manager for the Chrome version of Google\'s Privacy Sandbox Protected Audiences (f.k.a. as FLEDGE) API product line. The Protected Audiences APIs seek to move the web from a world in which audience-based targeting and ad serving is supported by unrestricted data sharing and processing across multiple parties (enabled by 3rd party cookies) to a world in which user data is restricted to protected, trusted environments (without relying on 3rd party cookies). The Privacy Sandbox initiative aims to create technologies that both protect people\'s privacy online and give companies and developers tools to build thriving digital businesses. The Privacy Sandbox reduces cross-site and cross-app tracking while helping to keep online content and services free for all.
