   Lead structures and dynamics flight test engineer on the S-102 (RaiderX), S-97 (Raider) and the S-76D test programs along with critical test engineering support on the UH-60M ITE, CH-53K, S-92A and S70i derivative programs. Daily tasks consist on engineering test planning, conducting, data reducing/processing, analyzing and reporting to internal/external flight data customers in order to support various types of commercial certifications and military program milestones.• Planning stage consists on everything from defining engineering measurements, designing such measurements and writing adequate flight plans obtain necessary flight data for assessing component reliability and performance validation.• Flight test conducting for not only structural based flight (also flying qualities, flight controls, performance, propulsion) consisted on real time structural measurement validation and assessment relative to a flying envelope. Structures measurements consisted on various arrangements of strain gages, accelerometers and lasers amongst others combined into complex equation outputting the desired information for flight safety and performance assessment.• Local rap testing and modal analysis expert having worked various Sikorsky’s platforms: S-92A, S-76D, CH-53K, UH-60 and X-2 derivatives (S-97A Raider).• Data reduction includes post processing (digital filtering), validation and editing of flight data for final analysis. The reduced structural data then gets utilized for component retirement time calculations.• Data analysis consists in conservative limit margin and load path analysis, component harmonic/non-harmonic vibratory response analysis and thermal induced stress analysis of hundreds of primary structural elements.• Flight test reporting involves encompassing all structural integrity relevant observations made during the test program along with sharing of the necessary information to calculate component retirement lives.
