As People Operations Manager, I am responsible for dealership compliance with Federal and State legislation pertaining to all personnel matters. I assist management with preparation and administration of employee’s annual performance reviews. I coordinate medical enrollment events and administer billing. I handle the entire worker’s compensation process and maintain worker’s compensation reports. I also assist management with termination paperwork and coordinate exit interviews to determine reasons behind separation. I work directly with management with updating employees’ payplans. I handle the entire payroll process which includes managing, entering and maintaining daily ezLabor time-card entries, running department timecard reports at end of period, and processing all garnishments and support orders. I am the primary point of contact for all employee issues and concerns and handle all employee personnel issues as needed. I help in the programming, advertisement and coordination of company events.
