Account Management & Client ServicesI ensure excellent professional relationships with my clients while gaining a rapport that allows for conversations about needs and goals. This involves learning about my clients\' services and programs, likes and dislikes, and their service territory. I am always looking for ways to serve them at a unique, local level, within the scope of their contract with us. Additionally, I help track account details, including but not limited to sales signed date, start work date, and client contact information using company systems such as QuickBase. Content CreationI draft new social media posts on subjects including, but not limited to, energy efficiency, electrical safety, and the benefits of being a member-owner of a rural, consumer-owned utility. I proofread/error-check all content I create. I love creating graphics using aimless and trending techniques. Searching for the right stock image is an integral part of the creative process, however, there are times when I must take matters into my own hands and photograph my own stock images for the perfect content image/video. My content is aimed to garner positive attention and inspire Likes, Shares, Comments, and other engagement from members at the end of the line.Content Management & SchedulingI brand, modify, and schedule relevant social media content to my utilities’ pages. This includes building weekly editorial/publishing schedule (“cycle”) for my clients. I make sure to proactively seek out creative approval on these cycles for each of my clients or client groupings. Each post is branded with the clients\' logo. Branding spacing is consistent among all branded content. I then schedule and/or publish my clients’ social media content and save my creative files to our shared drive for future reference.
