ABOUT ALON PEYSIN

I am an experienced Construction / Project Manager with over a decade of hands-on involvement in large-scale infrastructure projects, including bridges, highways, drainage systems, asphalt works, and major earthworks. Throughout my career, I’ve managed multidisciplinary teams of up to 500 workers, overseen full-cycle execution, and delivered complex projects under challenging field conditions. Currently, I am leading the construction of the first section of the Light Train Nofit project near Haifa. This Design-Build infrastructure package includes over 3 km of complex bridges, including DOP structures, U-shaped beams, and splice girders. In previous roles, I have- Completed over 7 km of roads, 1 km of retaining walls, and an 8 km drainage system on the Garrison project with RCC- Served as Deputy Project Manager on the Loko–Oweto bridge project in Nigeria, where we built two parallel bridges totaling 1,835 meters, including 20 spans of 85 meters and superstructure works spanning over 1 km- Managed a precast concrete production division, specializing in prestressed elements, serving both field execution and logistics integration. My technical focus includes project planning, budgeting, cost optimization, procurement, quantity control, and real-time process improvement. I’m known for applying smart engineering solutions to save cost without sacrificing quality — always working in close cooperation with consultants, subcontractors, and clients. My leadership style is based on trust, mentorship, and clear expectations. I view my teams as partners — but I value discipline, accountability, and performance. When problems arise, I act fast, identify root causes, and implement practical, lasting solutions. Looking forward, I’m seeking new challenges in ambitious projects, both locally and internationally. My long-term vision includes launching my own construction venture alongside partners who share a commitment to excellence, responsibility, and innovation. Fluent in Hebrew and English.
