In my accomplished corporate career, I have gained deep insight into Strategic, Developmental, Business and Administrative HR. Apart from pure-play HR I got an opportunity to play role in various other functions like general management, projects, manufacturing processes, Operations, finance, Merger & Acquisitions, Leadership advisory, Compliance & Law, setting up and growing organisations, workforce and sales-force effectiveness and employee relations in different industries like Engineering, Textile, IT, FMCG, Private equity and BFSI Leading CSR for large corporates. I have been an invitee for over two decades on board and lead conversations for sub committees like Nomination & Remuneration committee and CSR & ESG committee. I have also occasionally participated in Audit committee, Customer Service Committees of the board. I believe that the experience gathered makes me a business manager who also knows HR and hence my ability to contribute is industry agnostic. Apart from the professional role, I hold various voluntary positions, like Member - board of governors, Member - Academic Advisory Council of several prestigious academic institutions & Universities, member BFSI sector skill council under PMKVY, Executive committee member of national-level professional bodies like CII, NHRD Network and other forums. I have also been a speaker at various forums, symposiums, round tables and conferences. In my organizational and professional journey, I had opportunities to hold a series of interactions and conversations with top leadership teams of several Indian and multinational organizations, social influencers, academicians, professionals and thought leaders.
