My biggest strength is the combination of Leadership and Technology expertise I possess. A disciplined and result oriented attitude with always reachable nature keeps your feet on ground but helps you scale heights. I am very passionate about solving business problems using the right technology, be it the ERP/CRM/Cloud or any complementing technology. I am a quick learner, a good listener and love to work on challenging engagements involving complex architectures.A big time ambassador of automation and industrialization drives, to help improve the business process efficiency and it\'s scaling abilities. I believe in simple and efficient solutions. Get the design right and you don\'t have to look back on your investment, be in any ERP/CRM or any complementing technology.{Azure, Power Platform, Azure and so on.}With 14+ end to end AX/D365 F&O implementations under the belt as a Techo-Functional expert {mainly covering EU countries} never felt it was sufficient.The zeal to drive these has never reduced. The last 20+ years of AX/D365 journey never makes you feel old but instead encourages you to deliver more and even at higher scale and with more confidence. Most of my recent experience has been around stakeholder management, driving the micro service architecture, delivering the high quality solutions (90+ QHI) within the agreed schedule & budgets, pro-actively guiding the team on potential risks and mitigating them in time. You may operating in on-shore off-shore model, or with near-shore teams but delivering the expectations with utmost quality is the key objective. I love designing solutions for business problems and also feel proud when they deliver the value to the business.With that said, the fun in pre-sales assessments, RFPs and estimations never fades away.Drive results with Technology and Leadership!
