He carries extensive work experience in heavy civil infra and in deep foundation works. Aloke has mega Project mindset and past 20 years executing underground metro rail projects in India and in international markets. He has worked with many international Construction Majors in JV environment and accomplished the mission set by each of these JV companies for successful delivery of projects. He has so far worked in JV companies comprises of world renowned organizations from Germany, Greece, South Korea, Japan, Turkey, Middle east, Denmark and China. Completed 9 no’s of underground mero projects so far having mechanized tunneling with TBMs and 10th Project is under construction. Having sound knowledge in mechanized tunneling using TBM and NATM in different geologies and challenging soil parameters. Executed several underground Metro Projects having Civil, tunnel, MEP and high-end Architectural finishes under the Design and Built Contracts. Prior to his journey in transport infrastructure, he has worked nearly 18+ years in Power plant construction for Coal based, CCPP and liquid fuel based under EPC/BOQ Contracts. Aloke has worked as Resident Construction Engineer for nearly 10 years in execution of Bulk material handling plants (Coal & iron Ore) on EPC contract having full scope of Civil, MEP and Architectural Finishes. Aloke has good knowledge in Contracts management including claim and dispute adjudication processes. He has capacity to lead dispute resolution processes through arbitration. Aloke, has visited many infrastructural projects across the world to acquires more knowledge and expertise in technological advances in the rapidly changing markets and successfully adopted many firsts in Indian tunneling industry including schemes on digital platforms. He keeps keen interest in implementation of any new digital scheme that supports minimization of risks and enhance productivity.
