In my current role as a Workspace One consultant, I am working as a part of the operations team for one of the largest clients of CGI in the Energy and Utilities sector.My responsibilities cover - Managing daily operations for the Workspace One production and UAT environments. This include resolving end user and operational issues related to the functionality of the product- As a manager expert, I manage functional requirements of the team with the intent to foresee the usage of technologies in the upcoming future and address the requirements- I actively engage in the knowledge management, upskilling and cross skilling of my team members- As a people manager I manage team availability, shifts, vacations and other HR aspects within my team- As an escalations manager, I get involved with escalations- As a member of Project Advisory Board we manage ongoing projects and change managements.
