Development professional with more than 30 years of experience in monitoring, supervision, and implementation of projects for water supply, wastewater collection and safely management and treatment for urban and rural development and environment protection in India, KSA, UAE, Tanzania and Malawi •Extensive experience on innovation in sustainable and safely managed sanitation including city-wide inclusive sanitation (non-sewered sanitation and fecal sludge treatment plants and management) and providing guidance on energy efficiency including adoption of clean energy (solar Power, Biogas energy) and circular economy. •Extensive experience working with Government of India (both central and state agencies), World Bank and other multilateral development banks. •Extensive experience on business development, project identifications and origination (including initial project preparation and provide technical support) to the regional team of govt. of India at central and federal level and building relationships including assistance for technical, financial, institutional and policy advancement funded by World Bank and other multilateral development banks •Experience on Institutional Strengthening and Capacity Building including organizing national/international workshops, study tours etc. to advance the CWIS agenda in India, KSA, Tanzania and Malawi. •Lead the team for many complex projects including supervision, coordination, and planning with multi-disciplinary team including environmental, social, procurement and fiduciary for water, wastewater, and sanitation management, urban development and river rejuvenation. •Extensive experience on several multi sectoral projects that included articulation of appropriate policy, centralized and decentralized service delivery options, citywide inclusive sanitation •Lead discussion with development partners i.e. GIZ, JICA, research institutions (Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Centre for Science and Environment (CSE), National Institute of Technology (NITs) and private sector for development of frameworks and models of investment, program, policy and strategy for CWIS. •Extensive experience on development of innovative financing mechanism (HAM) in wastewater treatment and review of technical requirements for procurement in DBOT and Hybrid Annuity Model (HAM). •Lead business development activities, sign the negotiations document with client and manage diversified team specially focus on water, wastewater management and reuse of end products for circular economy.
