Responsible for all the set up all new facilities and expansion of existing facilities regarding DISPATCH,RTO and RTV.To satisfy all sorts of queries from all India office including corporate office. Taking extra precautions for Air shipments and the very next day delivery Shipments. Ensure timely handover and departure of all route vehicles with sealed conditionStacking & loading the shipment in a proper manner. Physically checkup of packing & shipment.Sharing guidelines, supervising the packaging of shipments.Making short, excess, Misrouted & Damage report to the Concerned warehouse.Same day delivery updation.Proactive and reactive response to various users regarding shipment status, service,process. Product Validation of customer Delivery,return/ undelivered shipments and their classification in to good and bad inventory.Development of Product Validation norms for various categories to ensure best classification in to various categories Coordination with Tech team for resolution & development of ERP for Product Validation system.Returns Inventory Management to ensure material integrity.Liquidation of return inventory (which cannot be added back to fresh stocks).Issue resolution of QC reject items during incoming inspection through interaction with Catlog and BD teams to improve realization.Re-inventorization through idea generation and product optimization Resource (IT, Manpower and Admin) planning for all Reverse logisticsWork with vendors to resolve quality issues and improve packaging standardsStudy reasons for customer return and their validation. Also provide necessary inputs to Business development team for improvements in product and action on vendor.Designing and implementing Standard Operating Procedures of dispatch & return operation.Reviews and prepares daily, weekly RTV,RTO & DISPATCH and various Service Level status reports
