In my 7.5 years of experience in civil engineering, I have been extensively involved in viaduct construction and launching projects, particularly during my tenure at Kalpataru Projects International Limited and J Kumar Infra Projects Ltd. At Kalpataru, I serving as an Assistant Manager on the Nagpur Metro Rail Project, where I am responsible for the design and construction of an elevated metro viaduct. My role included overseeing the execution of sub-structure and superstructure activities, ensuring that all construction adhered to the approved drawings and specifications. I prepared daily progress reports and labor reports, which were crucial for tracking project milestones and resource allocation. Additionally, I am involved in checking the feasibility of structures on-site, managing reinforcement checks, and ensuring quality control through rigorous testing of materials. At J Kumar Infra Projects Ltd, I worked as an Engineer on the Mumbai Metro Project, where I executed elevated viaducts and stations. My responsibilities included monitoring all launching programs, supervising site activities, and ensuring compliance with safety standards. I also prepared baseline programs and monthly progress reports, which were essential for communicating project status to clients and stakeholders. My hands-on experience in these projects has equipped me with a deep understanding of the complexities involved in viaduct construction and launching, including the technical challenges and the importance of effective project management.
