Founded ValiDeck to address the growing challenge of data fragmentation and privacy non-compliance in customer engagement systems. Designed a token-based, privacy-first architecture that decouples identity from transaction data, allowing customers to join unlimited loyalty programs anonymously while enabling merchants to gain GDPR-compliant cross-merchant insights. Conceived and authored patents granted in the U.S, Australia, and PCT filings (EU, Canada, India, China). Defined the architecture and technical scope for a Payment Transaction Simulator and privacy-first backend as the basis for ValiDeck’s prototype/MVP. Building the MVP roadmap and integration plan for Fintech and PoS environments. Engaging investors for pre-seed and seed financing to scale development and compliance infrastructure.
