   Inspection of Weather condition, Surface preparation, Salt contamination, Surface roughness, Surface Dust as per requirements of specifications and standards. Reviewing painting specifications, technical & safety data sheets, blasting and painting procedures. Inspection for DFT, WFT, Peel test, Holiday test, and visual inspection for structural and piping paint application as per specifications requirements. Verification of documents, review of material test certificates and Procedure Qualification Tests (PQT), procedure qualification tests as per the specifications and standards requirements. Approvals for various types of Painting, Coating & Insulation Procedure’s, and respective ITP are for Various Pipeline, piping & Structural. Familiar with International code and Standards (ASTM, NACE, SSPC, DIN, ISO, API). Verification of documents, review of material test certificates, Manufacturing Procedure Qualification Tests (MPQT), procedure qualification tests as per the specifications requirements.
