Allow me to share with you some of the diverse duties that I perform:\\\\n\\\\n(i) As a procurement specialist, it is my responsibility to oversee all matters pertaining to the acquisition of P-Way materials. My duties encompass a wide range of activities, including issuing tenders, issuing purchase orders, extending delivery periods, arranging inspections, and managing other administrative tasks with diligence.\\\\n\\\\n(ii) As a liaison officer, I hold a pivotal role in facilitating the seamless supply of rails to vendors against purchase orders issued to material suppliers. As the nodal officer, I am responsible for coordinating with SAIL, ensuring timely communication, and overseeing the delivery of rails to the As the overall in-charge of three concrete sleeper plants (NEPL/Sarai, DEWL/Gaya, and DEWS/Gaya) under the jurisdiction of ECR, I am accountable for quality control, inventory management, monthly production and distribution, expansion plans, and representing RDSO in performance appraisals of agencies for track supply.\\\\n\\\\n(iv) As a legal expert, I am responsible for handling all court cases related to the procurement of P-way materials, including fittings and concrete sleepers. I provide sound legal advice and guidance to the team and ensure that all legal issues are resolved efficiently and effectively.\\\\n\\\\n(v) In my capacity as the Territorial HOD (THOD) of Pandit Deen Dayal Upadhyay Division (DDU) of ECR, my responsibilities include ensuring the smooth functioning of the divisions under my jurisdiction.
