Mother Dairy is a wholly owned subsidiary of the National Dairy Development Board which is a statutory body under the ownership of the Ministry of Fisheries, Animal Husbandry and Dairying of the Government of IndiaWork Responsibility-SAP Jobs-Tanker related - Inward/Outward, Weighing (filled/Empty), RCM & SM Received (migo 103/105) in respected Silos, Gate pass of Empty Tankers.Receiving daily use material from store (Polyfilm, Caustic, SMP, Teepol, Acid, Gasket, etc. as per Required.Finished goods (SKUs vs Tanks) entry & Sale in SAP in creating invoices.Daily wise error check in SAP entry and if found any error then forward for correct it to concern.Check mass Balance deviation basis of purchase and Sale of fat and SNF.Monthly Closing, prepare ZPPVMAR and report Gain/loss Superior Management.Month closing all consumed Constituents and Sub Constituents ( Such as a Cleaning ingredients, Polyfilm, gasket, hosepipe etc.)SR and PR is given to store and purchase department Processing-RCM & SM maintain its temperature in all Silos & Tanks.RCM & SM consume under FIFO rules.RCM & SM use in standardization of SFG SKUs wise as demand of maahi Follow SOP, GMP, GHP, HACCP, OPRP, Personal Hygiene, 5S, Glass policy, Jwellery Policy, and general safety rule & Cleaning maintain of Processing section.CIP monitoring.Packing coding verification of pouch, Cold room temperature, Milk & BM pouch weight monitoring.All milk & Butter milk varient Batch preparation.CIP data preparation, PPM SAP Entry, Despatch temperature monitoring, ISO Documents, PPM, Polyfilm, Order Check in the SAP.Temperature monitoring of Chilled water Kaizen Improvements Cord Temp. & Acidity Monitoring Quality Circle.
